Craig Ferguson

Craig Ferguson has been in the Property and Strata Industry since 1988, almost 36 years of gaining valuable insights and experience of what creates and constitutes harmonious and sustainable community living.

Under the umbrella of The Metro Asset Group,  Metro Asset Management, Metro Asset Realty and Strata Development Services all share the common purpose of working with Developers, Committees  to create vibrant communities in Sydney.

One of Craig's greatest passions is striving to be able to deliver exceptional service levels through seamless and experienced management and consultancy in order to increase the Asset Value for both the Developer and the Occupants of the Strata Community.

Craig Ferguson has provided specialist consultancy services and advice to many of the most innovative and successful property development organizations in New South Wales.

Since 2006 Craig has been appointed as company nominee for over 20 development Lots representing the developer for a large scale staged Community Scheme of over 2,500 dwellings.

This appointment reflects the developer’s trust in him and also reflects the integrity Craig has built his reputation on over the last 37 years.

Craig sits on various strata committees to ensure that the elected Owners and the development stays on course to maintain the integrity of their original intention and vision.
